All Account balances, transactions, and displayed game values on the bl7777 Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱). bl7777 does not apply currency conversion fees for Philippine Peso transactions. Players depositing or withdrawing through methods that involve currency conversion from a foreign currency will be subject to the exchange rates and fees applied by the relevant payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit bl7777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
bl7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a proven breach, bl7777 will return the verified Real Money Balance of the Account to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to the deduction of any outstanding bonuses or promotional credits and following completion of any required compliance procedures. Closure for breach of these Terms may result in forfeiture of balances as set out in Section 8.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the foregoing procedures.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it could reasonably be expected to affect a Player's rights or obligations — bl7777 will provide not less than fourteen (14) days' advance notice prior to the effective date of the change, via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practical, by email to the Player's registered address.
For minor, non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law), bl7777 may publish the updated Terms without advance notice, with changes taking effect upon publication.
